Dear Parents,

For over twenty-five years, Country Acres has provided children with a summer full of fun and parents with the peace of mind knowing their children are a part of a quality program. Beginning June 2nd, our 2008 camp sessions will begin. The $30.00 registration fee will be required prior to the session your child will be attending, and weekly fees are to be paid no later than Tuesday of your camper’s weekly session. Regretfully, refunds will not be provided for a partially attended week if your child was registered for a full session. There is, however, and adjusted fee schedule for daily camp rates.

Transportation is available from designated pick-up/drop-off points at K-Mart on Highway 90 (pick up at 8:00 and return at 3:30) and at Diamondhead Community Center (8:20 and 3:45). Children may bring their lunch, but we will be going to Hancock North Central where they will be served a cafeteria lunch if you choose. Concessions and drinks will be sold daily at Camp, so please send money to purchase these if you would like your child to do so. Snacks and beverages from home may be sent with campers, but please make sure these are well-sealed to prevent spills and spoiling.

Campers should bring a towel, bathing suit, and sunscreen each day. Additionally, campers should wear tennis shoes for most of our morning activities but may bring flip-flops for later in the day. Please mark all items including clothing with your child’s name.
